Choose for the working day.

A short call and a long laptop session need different furniture. Compare Solo and Solo Plus for individual use, and Duo, Team, Meet and Max for conversations and meetings. Review interior space, door opening, furniture and equipment together rather than relying only on the stated number of people.

Understand acoustic performance.

An acoustic booth can reduce speech transmission between the pod and the office. Request the test report for the exact model and configuration. Laboratory results do not guarantee complete silence or confidentiality in every workplace; placement, voice level and background sound remain relevant.

Consider the surrounding room.

These pods create a separate space inside an existing workplace. Standard ventilation exchanges air with the surrounding room and does not cool that room by itself. Review the building conditions, power supply and any selected cooling equipment before approving the layout.

Check more than the footprint.

Use the dimensions of the selected model and options. Allow space for door movement, circulation, assembly, ventilation and maintenance. Additional equipment can change the required height or clearances. Check package dimensions and gross weights separately for receiving.
