A short phone call has different requirements from a longer laptop session. Review interior dimensions, the work surface, seating and door opening together. Then choose the configuration and compatible extras in the configurator.

Measure more than floor area.

Use the dimensions of the selected model and options. Allow for the door, circulation and space for assembly, ventilation and maintenance. Additional equipment can change the required height or clearances.

Plan access to your building.

Provide the full delivery address and postcode, the receiving floor and a contact person. Measure doors, turns and goods lifts and check their load limits. Use the package dimensions and gross weights of the actual order for transport.

Compare the complete project.

Include the pod, furniture, extras, delivery and selected installation together in your configuration. FocusPod arranges the agreed costs and import handling. Review the complete written price and included work before payment.

Give each Dutch site its own receiving plan.

For several sites, connect the quantity and configuration to the correct delivery address. Provide the postcode, floor, access times and receiving contact. Use the delivery page for the full transport-route check.
